Forza Horizon 5 is one month away from release, and players have much to look forward to in the upcoming game. Whether it's activities like drag racing in Forza Horizon 5, the new graphics, or exploring the game's new open-world in Mexic, there will be a lot that players can expect from the game.
Forza Horizon 5 is being developed by Playground Games and published by Xbox Game Studios, and it is set to release this November 9. In preparation for the game's upcoming release, the official website revealed the detailed PC specifications of Forza Horizon 5. With the new information, PC players will be able to get ready for the racing game's release this November.

According to the post, the PC specs of Forza Horizon 5 covers different hardware configurations for both Nvidia and AMD. The game is expected to look and play incredibly well on a wide range of Windows 10 and Windows 11 PC hardware regardless of a player's specific gaming setup. The game's minimum specs have also been updated from the ones provided on the Microsoft Store and on Steam.
The new graphical features in Forza Horizon 5 will render every detail in its world with "stunning realism," including small things like light glowing through each needle of a cactus. The post states that the game was built from the ground up on PC to be able to show the open road in "extraordinary detail at limitless speeds." It will also have a variety of graphics settings for players to customize with, things like unlocking framerate, increasing the visuals to 4K resolution, enabling HDR for better lighting, or expanding the field-of-view in the game.
According to the post, Forza Horizon 5 will be able to support 21:9 ultrawide screen displays for "further immersion," along with the popular steering wheels from Logitech, Thrustmaster, and Fanatec. The game will also support haptic feedback on the Xbox Wireless Controller for all versions of Forza Horizon 5, including the Steam version of the game for the first time.
The game will also have ray tracing in the Forzavista exploration mode, which will allow vehicles to appear incredibly realistic up close. According to the post, this adds "true-to-life reflections" to hundreds of different cars in Forzavista mode. Players will be able to open the doors, hoods, or trunks in vehicles, check the engines, and even sit inside to rev up the engines before driving them. It's all part of the goal to bring PC players the best gaming experience possible in Forza Horizon 5.
