If players are having a hard time gathering regular Polymer in ARK: Survival Evolved, they should consider trying to obtain some Organic Polymer as well. Organic Polymer can be used for almost everything that regular Polymer is used for, though, with a few small exceptions.

With that said, gathering and using Organic Polymer will be a bit different, so those wishing to harvest lots of this commodity in ARK: Survival Evolved should be sure to explore and experiment as needed.

There are 3 main ways of getting Organic Polymer in ARK: Survival Evolved: by killing creatures that drop it, by harvesting some from specific tamed creatures, or by grinding up specific items using an Industrial Grinder. There are more specific and high-yield methods, yet those listed below are the less tedious and dangerous methods.
This farming method for the desired resource will likely be the most time-consuming and difficult unless players have tamed creatures or weapons that can deal a lot of damage to targets. Even so, it would still be the least efficient means of obtaining Organic Polymer, albeit the easiest. Here are all the creatures that drop Organic Polymer when they are killed:
After a creature is killed and looted, players can actually get even more Organic Polymer from the corpses by hitting them with a Chainsaw, Sword, or Wooden Club similar to how one gets wood from a tree by using other tools.

Since the AI of many creatures can allow them to wander, forage, hunt, and gather resources on their own, players can let their non-human allies help in obtaining more of this resource. Just be sure to check their inventories once in a while to gather the goods from them. Here are the creatures that can harvest Organic Polymer:
It should be mentioned that the best tameable creature for passively getting Organic Polymer is Achatina, the giant snail. Instead of simply harvesting Organic Polymer from the wild, Achatina actually produces the stuff. While Achatina is wandering around, they will naturally produce 4 Organic Polymer every 5 hours, so be sure to check their inventory once or twice a day.
All items made with regular Polymer can be broken down into Organic Polymer if they are thrown into an Industrial Grinder, and, as such, players should toss old items that are no longer needed into the grinder to recycle them.
While the previously mentioned means of acquiring Organic Polymer are the easiest most widely used, these next ones can potentially yield far more of the needed resource, albeit in more dangerous situations.
The large white plants with big orbs for flowers will yield a decent amount of Organic Polymer each time that they are harvested. Since they are just a regular plant, players won't need any tools to harvest them; just walk up to one and grab it. They will be easy to spot in the dark and dank Aberration, so it is recommended to search for them there, however, these white plants also grow in Valguero.
Arguably much riskier (but more rewarding), players can perform a similar farming feat in a Bee Cave. Players can gather Organic Polymer from the many structures amidst waves of honey within a Bee Cave, however, one will need a tool to do so. Like when harvesting Organic Polymer from corpses, players will need a Chainsaw, Sword, or Wooden Bat to gather the goods. However, it should also be mentioned that tamed creatures like Magmasaur or Doedicurus can also be excellent at harvesting the structures within a Bee Cave for hundreds of Organic Polymer every minute.
