There are nine spirits that players need to help on Tsurumi Island. This hidden Genshin Impact quest is related to the Boatman that can be found southeast of Shirikoro Peak. To help the spirits, travelers must fulfill their requests until they are willing to cross over. Each ghost has a personalized request. This varies from small tasks to difficult ones.

For example, Rero simply wishes the traveler to visit his wife's grave. On the other hand, Chise wants players to light up all Stormstones in Autake Plains. Luckily, Una is one of the easiest spirits to help. To find the ghost, Genshin Impact players need to visit a certain location.
Una is located east of Mt. Kanna. Teleport to the nearby Waypoint, then head north until players find a ruin. Una is in the bottom area.
To help Una, players must first help Kito and Kina cross over. The two spirits can be found in five different locations. Players must visit each spot in a particular order. After that, Kito and Kina will hand the traveler a package called Kito's Sachet. The two ghosts ask the traveler to give it to Grandma Una.
After getting the package, players need Una to take it. However, when talking to Una, she will ask the traveler to keep her company and to visit her daily. Because of this, players likely need to visit the granny for several days before she will cross over.
Una is one of the characters that players can see in the ceremonial site before the cataclysm happened. Just like what the kids said, this NPC takes the form of an old woman. When talking to her, Una will speak of Sayo, the young girl of Tsurumi Island who decides to leave the Sea of Fog.
The Sea of Fog is another name for Tsurumi Island. It is said that the Thunderbird creates this fog to protect Tsurumi. However, later on, it is revealed that it wasn't the case. Long ago, Tsurumi was a normal island, where people can see the sky, stars, and alike. The fog started to emerge when an object fell from the heavens and landed on Tsurumi Island. The Thunderbird actually has the power to remove the fog but she chooses not to.
It isn't clear what item fell on the island, but it is safe to assume that "heavens" refer to Celestia. This occurrence is not new in Teyvat. Back in Genshin Impact 1.2, players are told a story about people in Dragonspine. Dragonspine was once a great civilization.
But, one day, Celestia brings never-ending snow to the mountains by dropping the Skyfrost Nail. It is said that the heavens did this to punish the people for questioning Celestia's authority.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
