Azhdaha is a weekly boss in Genshin Impact that's sealed in Nantianmen, Liyue. This giant dragon was once a friend of the Geo Archon, Morax. But as time goes by, he suffers from erosion and eventually grows hate for humanity. Because Azhdaha turns dangerous for mortals, Morax had to make a difficult decision and seal the dragon. However, later on, Azhdaha's hate becomes so strong that it manifests in a form of a little girl, Jiu. The manifestation successfully manipulates some miners into unsealing Azhdaha's imprisonment. Knowing this, Morax must face his old friend once more, in an attempt to protect his subjects. Luckily, after the Geo Archon exhausts the dragon's anger, Azhdaha regains his sanity and accepts being resealed.
