Classic Square Enix title Final Fantasy 7 has been back in the news and in players' minds thanks to the recent release of Final Fantasy 7 Remake in 2020. This was followed by an enhanced version, Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade, which debuted for the PlayStation 5 in mid-2021. Fans are currently eagerly awaiting the announcement of an official release date for the second part of the remake, which will see protagonist Cloud Strife and his allies depart the city of Midgar and travel to other locales.
