When The Last of Us first released, it did so with a multiplayer component called Factions. While it's safe to say that most Last of Us players paid more attention to the game's award-winning story, Factions still had its fans, and so many were hoping to see it return in The Last of Us 2. Unfortunately for those wanting more of the popular multiplayer mode, The Last of Us 2 launched as a single-player only experience. However, there may be hope yet for Factions fans.
